Reservations are a maximum of 120 minutes in duration.
In our efforts to maintain an adequate headcount, the expectation is that everyone attending is participating. Reservations can be made to meet the minimum to maximum capacity depending on the package of choice. Limited exception to allow for a maximum of 2 non-participants per group/booking (please include this as a “+1” when submitting your request to ensure adequate space).
While reservations are recommended, drop-ins are available for the pottery painting studio during Tuesday - Thursday from 1-7 pm!
PLEASE NOTE: Submitting the reservation request form DOES NOT guarantee your spot(s).
To confirm a reservation, please submit your order with an e-transfer $100.00 deposit within 2 hours to lalalandwonders@gmail.com with the secret answer to be the last 4 digits of your Order ID. A confirmation email from Lala Land Wonders will be sent once the payment has been received. The deposit is non-refundable.
Please wait for an email from us to confirm your date/time. We aim to respond within a 24-hour window. Requests received outside hours will be responded to upon reopening unless we are otherwise able to earlier. We recommend reservations be made at least 1 week in advance. Any changes to the number of kids can be made until 48 hours prior to your party. Changes made after that will not affect the total price, and you will be responsible for paying for the number of kids set beforehand.
