I acknowledge and accept the risks involved in participating in activities at Lalaland Wonders, including the potential for physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, and property damage. I understand that these risks cannot be entirely removed without altering the fundamental nature of the activities. Specific risks include, but are not limited to cuts, bruises, broken bones, allergies, equipment failure, paint or glitter in eyes or mouth, participants falling or colliding with each other while dancing, slipping etc. Lalaland Wonders staff work hard to ensure safety but may not always be aware of each participant’s health or abilities, may not provide complete instructions or warnings, and cannot monitor all participants at all times. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with the activities and choose to participate despite these risks.

If I am signing this waiver for my child, I have evaluated the risks associated with Lalaland Wonders activities in relation to my child’s abilities and circumstances. I voluntarily allow my child to participate and accept all responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

I confirm that I have read or been informed of the rules for participating in Lalaland Wonders activities. I understand that these rules are in place for everyone’s safety and have communicated them to my child. I am aware that not following the rules may result in damage, expense, injury, or even death, and could lead to expulsion from Lalaland Wonders.

I agree to GIVE UP MY RIGHT TO SUE LALALAND WONDERS for any damage,expense, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death that I or my family or estate may sufferas a result of my participation in Lalaland Wonders activities, DUE TO ANY CAUSEWHATSOEVER. This includes claims arising from Lalaland Wonders’ negligence, failure towarn, breach of contract, or any other legal duty. I RELEASE LALALAND WONDERSFROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any damage, expense, injury, or death.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lalaland Wonders against any claims or liabilities for damage, expense, injury, or death caused to any third parties due to my or my child’s participation.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect.

If I am signing this Agreement for a child, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the authority to sign on their behalf.

If I am signing for a child, I am responsible for their belongings and will not hold Lalaland Wonders liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items.

I understand that if a bisque piece breaks during the pottery painting activity, my child can return to paint another piece at no extra charge.
